This winter will see a new class released in Korea. The Engineer will be a heavily armed fighter who uses a combination of magical and engineering prowess in her weaponry. Here's what we know about this technology-crazed woman of steel:

Traits:

• Deals damage to enemies from range with a mortar-style weapon.
• Summons mechanical companions such as a small robot and a sentry gun.
• Has a skill which can be used whilst the character is moving.

After several characters up to Level 65, here is one of the way you can use to max your character's level. It's not the fastest, because I hate grind.

From Level 60, just go with the new Story Quests + Vanguard Quests. If you're a damager class, you can just solo all quest. But if you're a healer, either Mystic or Priest, I suggest you party with another damager, just to speed up the process.

If you finish Story Quests + Vanguard Quests excluding Dungeon Quests, your level should be around 63 and half. After doing all that, get a party and do the Dungeon Quest.

If you hate grind the new dungeon, just go to Battleground. You can choose between Kumasylum, Corsairs' or the new one Monkeydrome.

Make sure to do the BG's daily before the end of the day.

You can earn Fashion Coupons by doing the following activities in TERA EU:

Instance matching

Join the instance matching alone or with friends. If you're successful you'll automatically receive Fashion Coupons per mail. More difficult instances will earn you more coupons.

Battlegrounds

Fight on the battlegrounds. Fashion Coupons will immediately be sent to your inventory afterwards. The number depends on the battleground, as well as whether you were successful or not. All currently available battlegrounds offer coupons.

Hunt monsters in alliance territories

Defeat monsters in alliance territories and be rewarded with coupons. Attention: Only the BAMS lurking stealthily in the territories are so fashion-conscious as to carry coupons on them! Other BAMs and monsters don't have much sense of style.

Defeating world bosses

Even level 52-60 world bosses have been infected by the contagious fashion fever sweeping Arborea. On dying they will drop a certain number of coupons. Make sure you're the first to defeat them, because they take a long time coming back.

Exchanging reputation points

Agnitor credits and Noctenium Society reputation credits can similarly be exchanged for Fashion Coupons. You can receive Agnitor credits by participating in the Nexus. Noctenium Society reputation credits can be earned by completing quests in the alliance territories and defeating monsters there. Visit the merchants in the Zulfikar Fortress or in your alliance territory to complete the trade.

Have you ever experienced, some people mad at you in dungeon run? Follow this step in order to be good player if not the best.

1- Know your class. Every class has different play style. Know your class limit.

• Tanker, Healer, Damager
• AOE, Range, Melee
• Remember your dodge skills type

2- In a team;

• Access your team capabilities. If you got WEAK party, take time to finish the dungeon, don't rush like you're in STRONG party.
• Don't be a HERO,  make sure each class play their role. For example, if you're an archer, don't act like you're a tank to hit first. If you got tanker in your party, let him do his job.
• Dodge! Dodge! Dodge! A dead DPS is not a DPS. Yeah, healer can resurrect, but it's gonna takes time. Dodge first, hit second.
• If you got low HP, retreat, go to healer, so healer can heal you easily. Don't make healer find you, it's not effective as healer need to focus on other players too.
• If you're not tanker, and you got tanker in party, stop attacking so that tanker can get back aggro.

   

So, you're decided to play Mystic in TERA? Here several tips on how to be a GOOD MYSTIC.

Solo Mystic [in instance]

What to do:
- Activate your buffs: [Double Crit] + [Crit Resist] or [Double Crit] + [MP Regen], depends on party.
- Try to charms ASAP.
- After charms, throw Mystic's balls across the map.
- When fight starts, summon your Healing Relic.
- If you have time, buff damager with POWER BUFF. Always do this to increase damage output.
- Focus to: Heal and Cleanse your teammates if needed.
- Keep throwing both types of balls when you can.

Duo Healers [in raid instance]

What to do:
- Everything in previous step, but ignore to use POWER BUFF because Priest's power buff is inferior than Mystic's.

Lancer

- Tank, fortress
- Only focus on getting aggro.
- Mostly no need to dodge, just use shield to defend.

Warrior

- Semi-tank.
- Can change between tanking mode and offensive mode.
- Fast moving class.

Berserker

- Fortress.
- Skills need casting for maximum damage.
- Good at AoE

Slayer

- Fast moving class.
- Need to dodge a lot.

Archer

- Easy to play.
- Skills need casting for maximum damage.

Sorcerer

- Range class with complete dodging skills.
- Good at AoE

Reaper

- Easy to play
- Skills need to be chained for maximum damage.
- Good at AoE

Priest

- Master of healing, 5 types of  healing skills.
- Got all basic buffs; healing, dispel, defense, offense and speed.

Mystic

- 3 types healing skills.
- Buffs; dispel, speed, double crit, crit resistance.

Solo Play - No real friend that playing Tera with you. Or no in-game friends wanna help you.

- First thing to do, make sure you get the starter gear for 60. You can use +9 Agnitor Set, Set from Balder's Temple or you can use +9 Tier 13 PVP weapon that you can buy using Bellicarium Credit. Don't forget to buy accessories (2 Earrings, 1 Necklace and 2 Rings) using Bellicarium Credits.

- +6 Fraywind Set + Accessories (all buy using Bellicarium Credits) will make your ilevel = 154.

- After you got enough ilvl ( item level ), queue (instance matching) for Channelwork (CW), Shattered Fleet (SF) and Kezzel Gorge (KG) (It's hard for newbie).

- You'll get Zenith's Chest if you can finish CW, SF and KG. You can either sell the chest to players/trade broker or open it for Mark of Bloodshed (MoB) (really good price, but the chance to get it is too low).

-Farm Cyasma Token from Kanstria, need to farm Valsekyr Credits (You can get it from Kanstria monster. You can craft Cyasma Token every 22 hours. Easy to say 1 Cyasma Token per day. You can trade Cyasma Token for Steadfast Set.
+Weapon - 12 Token
+Armor - 10 Token
+Glove - 4 Token
+Shoes - 4 Token

- Farm Molten Token from CW, SF and KG. You can trade Molten Token for Steadfast Set.
+Weapon - 24 Token
+Armor - 20 Token
+Glove - 12 Token
+Shoes - 12 Token

- Alternatively, you can queue (instance matching) for Labyrinth or Terror (LoT), to get Masterwork Alkahest (MWA), Master Enigmatic Scroll (MES) and some gold. You can sell MWA and MES to players for more gold.

- Do daily quest at Cutthroat Harbor and Allementhia. You can use the Credits to buy fodder.


Part 2
Team Play - You got real friend play with you, or you got in-game friend that wanna help you.

- What to do? All the steps in Part 1.
- Why there is Part 2? This is the reason.
- If you got friend, you can ask him to help you farm Cyasma Token at Kanstria. After you done craft Cyasma Token with your main character, ask help from your friend to boost your alternate character at Kanstria to craft Cyasma Token. Create new char, use Kanstria teleport scroll, party with your high level friend and let him kill the monster. After you reach 100 Valsekyr Credits and get Argon Essence, stop and back to town to craft Cyasma Token. Put Cyasma Token in bank. After you done, delete the character and re-create new character. Repeat this until you got enough Cyasma Token.

How to Craft Cyasma Token?
You need:
- 1 Argon Essence, drop from monster in Kanstria
- Efflorescing Agent, buy from NPC in Kanstria using 100 Valsekyr Credits.
- Click Efflorescing Agent in your bag and you'll get it after several seconds.

Where to trade Molten Token for Steadfast Set?

It's really easy. Just follow steps below.

1. Sign in to your Google account.
2. Go to the YouTube channel switcher.
3. Click Create A New Channel.
4. Name your new channel, choose category and tick "I agree to Pages term". Lastly, Click "Finish".

• If you run out of teleport scroll, use "Unstuck" feature to return to closest town aka free town portal.
• In party, you can use page up to roll on loot, and page down to pass. You still can use this method to roll eventhough you died.
• If you doing gathering quest, instead of searching or waiting, you can change channel.
• Always gathering essence, ore and plant. Those can give you buffs, stackable 3 times.
• Instead of using Pegasus to fly from city to city, town to town, use town city's scrolls. It's faster than Pegasus.
• You can buy all town scrolls from main city. For example, all Velika's town scrolls can be bought from merchant at Velika City. it is same with Allementhia and Kaiator. Stocking them in Bank can ease you in future.
• Tired of running to dungeon entrance? Go to Specialty Store and buy dungeon's scroll.
• Got quest and don't know where to go? Click your quest using pointer and click to the clickable name.
• Back to town and wanna go again to previous Outpust? Use teleport master in town.
• If you control+left click a point on the map while zoomed in you’ll create a Point of Interest that your friends or party can check. It’ll mark a spot on the map.
• Use regen crystals when leveling. Brilliant crystal for MP regen and Vigorous crystal for HP regen. You'll never need to stop for regen.
• Don't have enough fingers to use skills? Chain your skills and you need less finger to use.
• When you die and ressurect back in town, be sure to use the cleric of restoration to restore your mana. using potion is expensive. Waiting cosume time.
• You can swap your crystal under the equipment screen. The numbers 1-5 right below your armor saves the state of your equipment.
• You can adjust the font size for the quest tracker alone, so all 7 maximum quests easily fit on your UI.
• You cannot die from falling. Even from very high falls, you will hit the ground with 1 HP. So, don't worry to jump. They changed it, you will die for sure if the you drop high enough.
